Mike Herzog has spent nearly three decades helping leaders drive real transformation at the intersection of culture, operations, and human systems. As President and Chief Experience Officer at telos, he brings a rare mix of precision and crazy wisdom—the ability to challenge what’s comfortable, name what’s true, and still keep people moving forward.

Chief Delivery Officer

Bob Drovdlic is a seasoned executive coach with over 20 years of experience coaching senior leaders across Fortune 500 companies and global professional services firms. As telos Chief Delivery Officer and Executive Coaching Practice Lead, he brings deep expertise in transition coaching and high-stakes leadership development. Formerly the Managing Director of FranklinCovey’s Executive Coaching Practice, Bob is known for helping leaders grow with clarity, discipline, and lasting impact.

Amy Simmons is an accomplished organization development professional and Co-Founder of telos, known for her expertise in coaching, facilitation, and learning design. She is also the co-author of Unleashed: Harnessing the Power of Liminal Space, bringing a sharp lens to how leaders grow through transition and change. Amy now serves as a Strategic Advisor to telos, combining intellectual rigor with grounded practicality in every engagement.

Matt Mazur is a leadership and organizational development consultant who designs and delivers development experiences that move people and systems forward. As a designer, facilitator, and coach at telos, he’s known for blending strategic thinking with a curious, appreciative mindset that meets clients exactly where they are. With a background spanning education, nonprofit leadership, and experience design, Matt brings creativity, clarity, and deep relationship-centered work to every engagement.

Michele Ocasio

Project Delivery Manager

Michele is the Project Delivery Manager at telos, supporting the design and delivery of client experiences. With a background in Exercise Science and healthcare, her work has always focused on helping people move forward through change. Known for her care, attention to detail, and love of process, Michele makes the work easier for the team and seamless for clients.

Michele Niehus

Director of Finance

Michele is telos’ Finance Director, with more than 30 years of experience leading profitable businesses. Her service mindset and operational expertise support sound financial stewardship and smooth day-to-day operations. Behind the scenes, she helps create the conditions for teams and clients to thrive.

Operations Coordinator

Andi serves as Operations Coordinator at telos, supporting both client-facing consulting services and internal operations. With a background in client service and administrative support, she brings a strong service mindset, attention to detail, and operational discipline to her work. Andi helps ensure that systems, schedules, and workflows run smoothly so teams and clients are well supported.
