We use approved AI tools only to support the work around your sessions, helping your coach reflect, prepare, and sharpen their practice so they can serve you better. Every coaching decision stays human: AI assists, your coach decides, and nothing reaches you without your coach's review. Your privacy is protected at every step — session content is de-identified, stored in secure Telos-managed systems, never used to train AI models or sold, and never shared beyond your coaching relationship without your consent. Guided by the ICF Code of Ethics, we use AI transparently and only with your informed, revocable consent.
